To design, develop and use EAV land in ways that enhance the natural environment, and exemplify living in right relationship with the Earth. (Permaculture, Wholistic Resource Management, Xeriscaping, residence clustering, etc.) |

To construct energy efficient, ecologically sound living, learning, working and playing environments, using sustainable design, methods and materials. (alternative building, off-grid systems, aesthetic designs, etc.) |

To research and develop common energy, water and food sources, and waste management systems for those living on and visiting the land. (appropriate technologies, shared resources, etc.) |

To make the surplus produced on the land, and services, available to the broader community. |

To encourage and support a daily experience of culture and the arts as part of healthy community life, including a broad range of creativity and expression - musical, visual, tactile, textile, written, theatrical and movement, and offering performances and products to the broader community. |

To explore and use the principles and practices of conscious relationships and personal responsibility - living and learning them together, as a basis for healthy community. |
