Buy-in and Payment Scenarios
for 4 Shares / 1 Household

This document gives examples of various payment scenarios (minimal upfront to total up front buy-in) for new EarthArt Village members.

Note to Bank: refers to a loan from High Country Bank. All scenarios include a sum at buy-in to be applied to pre-payment of principle on this loan, leading to a projection that repayment of the loan could be completed in 14 years.

Note to Linda Joseph: represents the balance due for early infrastructure development. Repayment will also occur as a combination of a sum at buy-in and/or payments over time, with the possibility of some by work exchange.

Next Steps: Infrastructure for residences and common areas.

Projects (selected by members): members may at times choose projects, for which they will cover costs through payments as part of their monthly dues. There are no such projects at present.
