Monthly dues paid by Voting Members and residents
(variable) may include: (non-bank) note payments, common space maintenance,
and expenses associated with projects selected by members from time to time.

Buy-in Options

In the interest of creating a range of buy-in and share holding options, EAV is open to exploring variations ranging from buy-in of full shares up front, to partial share buy-in with arrangements for the balance over time and/or in the monthly dues structure.

Arrangements are made on a case by case basis.

We are also interested in developing Renter options. (Note: there are no rental residences built at this time.
