| has filed a Letter of Intention to become an Exploring Member with the EAV Board, and paid all applicable fees | |
| agrees to participate to some extent in EAV activities, as a basis for exploring membership | |
| notifies the Board of their decision to either withdraw from membership consideration, or, proceed with an application for Full Membership | |
| gives the Board feedback on their Exploring Member experience | |
| receives comments from the Board and membership, on their membership process | |
| accepts the decision of the Board (with membership input) regarding their involvement with EarthArt Village, including a recommendation: |
| has maintained a long term supportive relationship with EAV, and been approved by the Board for Investing Membership | |
| considers Full Membership a longer term proposition, but is ready to begin investing no less than the Bank Note portion of a at least one share * | |
| may progress to Applying Member, completing the related requirements when ready to apply. |
* NOTES: 1) Withdrawal of invested funds earlier than 5 years after purchase may result in a penalty and/or reimbursement in installments. Investments are being made toward shares, NOT for the purpose of profit - EarthArt is a Not for Profit association.
