Gardens at EarthArt

... a living experiment in producing our food!

The "Kitchen Garden" east of the Barn, fenced for the bulk of our produce growing.

The "North Garden" at the Barn includes fruit trees and shrubs (Apricots, currants, raspberries, rhubarb), and some herbs, onions, garlic - things the wild critters and chickens don't bother.

The "Shed Garden" - small but very productive previously. Currently, an open yard, with gooseberries, raspberries, nitrogen fixing trees and hops.

The "Creek Garden" - once we thought beside the creek would be the best locale for growing... But, the drainage there is poor there, and floods in Spring too harsh.

The "Quonset Garden" is being developed over the next year or two, and already gave us squash and potatoes in 2010.
